Upload formats and reference requirements
Choose compatible files and avoid common image and video upload errors.
Limits are specific to each tool
There is no single file-size limit for every EcomBos upload. Read the selected tool’s upload label and error message. A file that works in one editor may not be accepted as a start frame in another model.
Image Studio references
The reference picker checks 10 MB per image. Use a standard JPG or PNG for broad compatibility. The number of references is model-specific: GPT Image 2 supports up to 8, Nano Banana Pro up to 5, while other active models may be text-only. Selecting a different model can change what is accepted.
Video start and end frames
Video Studio image pickers list PNG, JPG/JPEG and WebP. HEIC/HEIF images are rejected by these upload handlers; export a JPG or PNG first. Seedance 2.5 start images need at least 300 × 300 pixels. Some model paths convert frames for compatibility. Start with a clear image rather than an enlarged blurry thumbnail.
Support attachments
Support accepts images, videos and PDF attachments with a 25 MB per-file limit. Capture the error and settings rather than uploading unnecessary personal or payment information. Never include passwords or complete card details.
When an upload is rejected
Export to a supported format, reduce the file size, check the pixel dimensions and remove extra references beyond the selected model’s allowance. If the file meets the shown requirements but is still refused, send the exact error to support.
