Where to check the payment options available for your purchase.
Use the options shown at checkout
Payments are processed through Stripe. Available cards and local payment methods depend on the checkout, country and purchase. Only methods shown on your actual checkout should be treated as available; there is no universal promise of PayPal or another wallet.
Review the final amount
Check the currency, recurring or one-time nature of the purchase, and discount before confirming. The hosted checkout is where you review the final payment details. Never send payment credentials through a support ticket.
If the payment fails
Read the checkout explanation and verify you have not already completed the purchase before trying again. For access or missing-credit problems after a confirmed payment, contact support with the payment reference.
