How credits work
Understand generation quotes, separate outputs and your account balance.
Credits pay for individual operations
Different models and tools have different costs. Duration, output size and image count can affect a quote. Read the amount shown beside the action before you confirm. A second generation is another operation, even if the prompt is unchanged.
Where to see your balance
Your navigation balance and billing settings show your credits. Check billing settings for plan information and transaction details. Some features have separate allowances; an agent message allowance is not the same as generation credits.
Subscription and pack credits
Subscription credits follow the billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased top-up pack credits do not expire. Account eligibility still matters: a positive balance does not bypass a blocked, unpaid or otherwise ineligible subscription state.
Failed requests and deductions
If a request is rejected before generation, follow the displayed explanation. For an accepted request, credit returns require the confirmed failure/refund path. Check the final job state and recorded balance rather than assuming every timeout refunds immediately.
