How long does generation take?

Understand queueing, rendering and what to do when a request looks stuck.

There is no guaranteed completion time

Generation is not instant and there is no fixed completion time that applies to every model. Images often involve less processing than videos, but demand, the chosen model, reference complexity and output settings can all affect the wait. Longer or higher-resolution clips can require more work.

Understand the stages

Queued: your request is waiting for processing.

Processing: the engine is creating the media.

Completed: an output is available to preview or download.

Failed: check the displayed explanation and any confirmed refund status.

The exact labels vary by tool; the final recorded job state matters more than a frozen browser animation.

Where to check progress

For videos, open History in Video Studio. For completed images, look in Image Studio and Assets. The activity display can also show recent work. Refreshing the page does not necessarily cancel a request already accepted by the engine.

If it seems stuck

  1. Note the model and time you submitted the request.
  2. Check History or the activity display before submitting again.
  3. Check your connection and reload once if the page is unresponsive.
  4. If the job has no clear final state, open your existing support ticket or create one. Include the job ID if shown and a screenshot.

Do not repeatedly generate the same request; each accepted request can be charged.

Timeouts and credit returns

A browser timeout can happen while the engine is still working. Credit returns depend on the confirmed outcome, not merely how long you waited. If the tool reports a refund, verify the balance or transaction history. If it asks you to contact support, provide the job details so the team can trace the charge.
