Do unused credits roll over?
The difference between subscription credits and purchased packs.
Subscription credits
Subscription credits reset with the relevant billing cycle and do not roll over. Check your billing section for your account’s renewal details instead of assuming renewal happens on the first day of the calendar month.
Purchased packs
Purchased credit-pack credits do not expire. A pack is separate from a recurring subscription, but having pack credits does not remove the active-plan and payment-status requirements of a tool.
When a balance looks unexpected
Compare the current cycle, recent generation charges and purchased packs in billing settings. If a completed payment or confirmed refund is missing, send support the payment or job reference. Never share full card details.
