Change or reset your password
Find password controls and handle Google sign-in accounts safely.
Change your password
Open Profile → Settings → Account and use the password controls. Follow the form’s requirements and any verification instructions shown. Choose a unique password you do not use on other sites.
If you use Google sign-in
A Google-created account may not yet have a password for email sign-in. Use the Forgot password flow if the account controls direct you there. Do not confuse changing your EcomBos password with changing your Google password.
If you cannot sign in
Use the reset flow and check that you entered the correct account email. Check spam and junk folders for the reset message. Never give support your existing password or a password-reset link.
