Can I change my account email?
Understand the current email control and avoid losing access to your account.
Email is currently read-only
The email field in profile settings is disabled and says Email cannot be changed. Editing your display name does not change your sign-in email. There is no self-service email-change control in this form.
If you need help with the email
Contact support from the account you want reviewed and explain the situation. The team may need to verify ownership before advising you. Do not create a second paid account as a workaround or share passwords and reset links.
Keep your account information together
Use the same signed-in account for purchases and your library. If you used Google sign-in, confirm you are choosing the correct Google account when reconnecting.
