Buy a credit pack and confirm your top-up
Find the top-up window, review eligibility and confirm a completed purchase.
Open the top-up window
Use Top Up from the credit balance or a low-credit prompt. Credit packs are purchased through the top-up window, not a standalone page. Your account needs to meet the active-subscription requirement.
Review before paying
Choose the pack and read the displayed credit amount, price and any applicable offer. Continue to the hosted checkout and review the final amount there. A plan upgrade and a one-time credit pack are different purchases.
Confirm the result
After a successful payment, return to EcomBos and check the updated balance and billing records. A checkout window opening does not mean payment completed. If you paid but the balance has not updated, do not immediately purchase the same pack again.
Payment completed but credits missing
Refresh once, confirm you are signed into the same account used for checkout, and keep the receipt or payment reference. Contact support if the payment is confirmed but credits are still absent. The team can trace the payment and credit grant.
